Student admitted day

We are excited to welcome this year’s admitted students and their families to campus this Saturday, April 4th.

The University of Washington Panhellenic community looks forward to opening our chapter doors and giving prospective members the opportunity to explore what sorority life is all about. Throughout the day, guests will have the chance to tour select chapter facilities, meet current members, and experience the strong sense of community that defines Panhellenic at UW.

Panhellenic chapters will also be tabling in Red Square, where you can connect with members from different chapters, learn more about each organization, and ask any questions in a casual, welcoming environment.

In addition to tours and tabling, Panhellenic will be hosting informational sessions designed to provide a deeper understanding of the recruitment process, member expectations, and the values that guide our 18 chapters. These sessions are a great opportunity for students and families to learn how joining a Panhellenic chapter can support personal growth, leadership development, academic success, and lifelong connections.

Please review the available tour slots below and click on the button to sign up. Be sure to include the number of people attending your tour, as space is limited. Tours will depart from Denny Field every 15 minutes and will include a walking visit to two chapter facilities before returning to Denny Field approximately one hour later.

If you require an ADA-accessible tour, please contact phrecmgt@uw.edu and phdiv@uw.edu so accommodations and transportation can be arranged.

We are so excited to meet you and share what makes our community so special. We hope to see you there!

NATIONAL PANHELLENIC CONFERENCE

The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) exists to promote the values of and to serve as an advocate for its member groups in collaboration with those members, campuses, and communities. NPC, founded in 1902, is an umbrella organization for 26 inter/national women's fraternities and sororities. Each member group is autonomous as a social, Greek-letter society of college women and alumnae. Members are represented on over 620 college and university campuses in the United States and Canada and in over 4,600 alumnae associations, making up over 3.6 million sorority women in the world.

PANHELLENIC AT THE UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON

The Panhellenic Association at the University of Washington consists of 18 of the 26 sororities whom are members of the National Panhellenic Conference, which began in 1902. In the Spring of 2017, the Panhellenic Association welcomed Phi Sigma Rho, an engineering-based social sorority as an Associate Member. Since its founding, the Panhellenic Association has been nurturing community, leadership, academics, sisterhood and service throughout our campus Greek Community.

The 2026 Executive Board is made up of 11 women who strive to empower and inspire members to empower each other. The Executive Council is responsible for planning all Greek philanthropic events, hosting roundtable discussions and speakers on important campus issues, educating members about policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment, and much more. The council's goals are to challenge ourselves to promote values-based living, to create transparency through clear and frequent communication, and to utilize campus resources to advance individual and chapter development.

THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

Panhellenic Creed

We, as Undergraduate Members stand for good scholarship, for guarding of good health, for maintenance of fine standards, and for serving, to the best of our ability, our college community. Cooperation for furthering fraternity life, in harmony with its best possibilities, is the ideal that shall guide our fraternity activities.

We stand for service through the development of character, inspired by the close contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic life. The opportunity for wide and wise human service, through mutual respect and helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live.
