Key Dates

  • June 1: Registration Opens

  • August 15: Registration Closes

  • September 8-16th: Primary Recruitment 

    • September 8: Virtual Recruitment Orientation

    • September 9&10: Virtual Community Round

    • September 11: Move-in before in-person rounds

    • September 12&13: In-Person Philanthropy Round

    • September 14: In-person Membership Round 

    • September 15: In-person Preference Round 

    • September 16: In-person Bid Day

Before you register for Primary Recruitment here are some things that you will want to have ready: 

  • Final transcript from most recent academic term

  • Individual photo of yourself 

  • Your UW email (we recommend you use this address to register) and your UW number

  • Be prepared to answer these two questions in 100 words or less: 

    • What goals do you have for yourself / what do you hope to accomplish while in college? 

    • A benefit of membership is the opportunity for continual development. Describe what you hope to receive from your membership in a sorority.

  • Form of payment - credit or debit card ($55.00)

After you register for Primary Recruitment you have a few options for housing during the week:

  • If you live in the area you are more than welcome to stay at your home and commute/carpool for the in-person rounds

  • If you don't live in the area or prefer not to commute, an on campus housing option is available for recruitment. 

    • Move In September 11 after 2:00 pm​

    • Move Out September 17 by 5:00 pm

    • Cost: $504.55 double occupancy (includes 6 full days of lodging and $250 toward meals + taxes and fees)

    • Must sign up by September 1, 2022

    • Link to sign up will be included in your recruitment registration confirmation email and is done through UW Housing & Food Services, Conference Services
