Pam’s Kitchen - While living in Trinidad, owner and chef Pam Jacob had always dreamed of opening a Caribbean restaurant in the Pacific Northwest, so she did just that! After moving here in 1994, she started with a booth at the street fair in the University District. One thing led to another and she opened Pam's Kitchen in 2006. Pam and her family were happy to educate the area on what Trinidadian food was and how to eat roti. With locations in Wallingford and South Lake Union, Pam’s is a cozy and lively place that brings spirit to the neighborhood. Visit them at 1715 N 45th St or head over to their website to look at the menu.
