Sorority Event Registration Form (SERF) : SERF forms are due to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (HUB 236) one week prior to the registered event.
Event Registration Forms: Due to the office 7 days prior to registered event dates.
Philanthropy Application Form : Philanthropy Application forms are due to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (HUB 236) two weeks in advance for single day philanthropies and four weeks in advance for multiday philanthropies.
Sorority Bid Card : Sorority Bid Cards are due to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (HUB 236) twenty-four hours after signing.
