Sorority Event Registration Form (serf) : SERF forms are due to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (Condon 223E) one week prior to the registered event.
Inter-sorority Registration Form (iserf) : ISERF forms are due to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (Condon 223E) one week prior to the registered event.
Philanthropy Application Form : Philanthropy Application forms are due to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (Condon 223E) two weeks in advance for single day philanthropies and four weeks in advance for multiday philanthropies.
Community Service Registration Form : Service Forms are due to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (Condon 223E) within one week after completing a community service project.
Sorority Bid Card : Sorority Bid Cards are due to the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (Condon 223E) twenty-four hours after signing.
